As a sufferer of asthma for the majority of my life, I can tell you that there are a lot of things that I look at in my own home to help me with my condition, because I don’t like to take chances with my health. At first, I did what a lot of people do, and I got a air filter designed to remove allergens from the air, and I got hypoallergenic pillows and I clean regularly and the like, but what I never thought of until a friend mentioned it, was to get my air ducts cleaned out in the air system. Now that is just plain smart for any sufferer of this condition.
