Find Out What You Can Do To Help Prevent Asthma Attacks

As a sufferer of asthma for the majority of my life, I can tell you that there are a lot of things that I look at in my own home to help me with my condition, because I don’t like to take chances with my health.  At first, I did what a lot of people do, and I got a air filter designed to remove allergens from the air, and I got hypoallergenic pillows and I clean regularly and the like, but what I never thought of until a friend mentioned it, was to get my air ducts cleaned out in the air system.  Now that is just plain smart for any sufferer of this condition.

The Benefits of HEPA Air Purifiers

Many people are concerned about indoor air quality because they suffer from allergies, asthma, or poor health from being around too many indoor air contaminants. Things such as dust, pet dander, cigarette smoke, and other environmental particles can cause problems when we breathe them in on a daily basis. The use of a HEPA air purifier can greatly improve the quality of the air inside your home and reduce common allergens.

HEPA air purifiers have been proven to remove virtually all indoor air contaminants including mold spores, dust and dust mites, pet dander and other allergens that trigger allergies and asthma attacks. HEPA air purifiers can be used in conjunction with regular cleaning and home maintenance to reduce the amount of allergens in your home and improve indoor air quality.

There are many benefits to using HEPA air purifiers in your home. A HEPA air purifier is portable and compact so you can move it from one room to another and it will be an inconspicuous part of your décor. HEPA air purifiers are also relatively inexpensive so most people can afford more than one to clean the air in their entire home. The expense of a HEPA air purifier is also less than a lifetime of chronic allergies or asthma, and much safer.

Even if you do not suffer from allergies or asthma you can still benefit from a HEPA air purifier. If you ever wake up feeling congested or stuffy it can be a result of indoor air contaminants and a HEPA air purifier can improve your quality of life. If you are a smoker or have a smoker in your home, HEPA filters can also reduce the amount of toxins in the air form cigarette smoke and help with the smell.

HEPA air purifiers can be purchased in retail stores as well as online. In addition, HEPA air filter replacement cartridges are also available online as well as product reviews and more information about improving the air quality in your home. There are a few different styles of HEPA air purifiers as well as different brands, and a little research on the subject will help you to find the best one for your home.

If you are ready to breathe healthy air you should purchase a HEPA air purifier. Clean Air Plus has many air purifiers including HEPA air purifiers from Austin air purifiers, IQAir, and Amaircare, as well as valuable information on purifying the air in your home.

Duct Cleaning Markham

Saturday, March 14th, 2009

My daughter and I suffer from asthma and dry throat for a long time. My Doctor suggested that the air duct cleaning may relieve the symptoms. He referred me to  Duct Cleaning Markham as they’ve cleaned and sanitized the hospital he’s working at and he also had them clean the ducts in his house. They were very polite and professional, came in time and I could feel the difference as soon as they left. Since they cleaned our ducts, my daughter and I had neither asthma attacks nor dry throat.
Thanks a million a Duct Cleaning Markham!

Cleaning of furnace and air conditioning components (e.g. furnace fan blower, air conditioning coil, humidifier, furnace heat exchanger, etc.) has been shown to make some difference in duct air flow. If you look in the return air registers and see an accumulation of debris in the duct below, you may want to have it removed. CMHC research showed that return air ducts, which are relatively big and have slow moving air, are generally far dirtier than the supply ducts. For example, households with hairy pets or young children may find it necessary to inspect their return air ducts more frequently.
